These terms govern your use of this website and any plugin license you purchase from Smartfish. By using this site or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.

Plugin licenses

Free plugins are provided as-is, with no time limit, for use on any number of sites, under the plugin’s own open-source license (GPLv2 or later) where applicable.

A PRO license is valid for one site and includes automatic updates and Smartfish support for the license period shown at checkout (typically one year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled from your account beforehand. If a subscription is not renewed, your plugin continues to run, but automatic updates and support require an active license.

Intellectual property

All plugin code, documentation, and site content remain the intellectual property of Smartfish, except where a plugin’s own license (such as the GPL) grants you additional rights. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute a paid license or downloaded package as your own product.

Support and refunds

Support requests for PRO products are handled through your account or by contacting us directly. If you believe a purchase was made in error or a product does not work as described, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Plugins are provided on an “as is” basis. While we test our plugins carefully, we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or fully compatible with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment. To the extent permitted by law, Smartfish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our plugins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
