Contact details submitted through this site’s contact forms are deleted once we have followed up with you. They are never passed on to another company and are never used to send future newsletters. The only information collected on this site beyond that is anonymous, non-identifying data collected through Google Analytics.

The site is hosted on a secure server, so the small amount of information that briefly passes through our contact forms is well protected against leaks. The information collected through contact forms is minimal and includes only name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect or store data from customer websites we work on, and such data is never passed to any third party.

Store orders and payments

When you purchase a plugin license through this store, your order is processed by WooCommerce. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) — we do not store your card details on our own servers.

To deliver your purchase we process your name, email address, and billing details, and we generate and email you a license key together with a download link for the plugin you purchased. Subscription-based licenses renew automatically each year unless cancelled from your account; you can review or cancel a subscription at any time from your account area.

Standard WordPress/WooCommerce cookies are used to support your shopping cart and account session while you browse the store.
